Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions

Which services are included in the room rate?
The room rate includes: buffet breakfast, parking, private beach access with a sun umbrella, sunbed, and deckchair per room, WiFi throughout the hotel. If you select the half- or full-board option, dinner and/or lunch in our restaurant is also included.

 
Can I pay with a credit card? Is it secure?
Yes, we accept most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and CartaSì.
Furthermore, your credit card booking is secure and all personal data is encrypted and treated confidentially.
Your credit card details (number and expiry date) are required in order to guarantee a booking: the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards before arrival for the amount totalling that due in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Bookings made using incorrect, missing or invalid credit card information are not confirmed or guaranteed.

 
How will I know if my booking has been confirmed?
You will receive an email confirming your booking and a summary of your upcoming stay at Hotel Trevi as soon as your booking has been made.

 
What happens if I cancel my booking?
Bookings made directly through the hotel website without the use of any special offers can be cancelled up to 3 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equal to the cost of 1 night’s stay.

 
What happens if I do not check-in?
No-shows are charged an amount equal to the cost of a 2-night stay. This amount will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee while booking.
For special offers, please refer to the cancellation policy stated in the terms of the offer.

 
What time is check-in? What time is check-out on the day of departure?
Rooms are available for check-in from 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10am.

An American-style buffet breakfast is served between 7:30am and 10am.

 
What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
The restaurant is open for lunch from 12:30pm, and for dinner from 7:30pm, with a range of options available from our à la carte menu and wine list.

 
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
We offer a range of gluten-free and organic produce to satisfy certain dietary requirements.

 
Does Hotel Trevi provide Internet access?
The hotel provides unlimited free WiFi access in all rooms and shared areas. Simply ask for the password at reception.

 
How much does it cost to hire a sunbed?
The private beach, including the use of sun umbrellas, sunbeds and deckchairs, is available exclusively for Hotel Trevi’s guests at no extra charge.
